Do You Mind That He Cares?

Updated: Aug 26, 2023

Explaining what it means to be human is more complicated than we realize. Each aspect of our body has its unique functions. But one feature is central to everything we do. Although to some, it is just tissue; nothing is personal about our experience without it.

If you’re wondering what it is, I am talking about the very thing associated with awareness, analyzing information, using our limbs, and being creative—the brain.

However, as vital as it is, it isn’t all that we are.

Compared to everything else in the universe, what we are is priceless. Like beauty in the eye of the beholder, nothing is more valuable than our soul to the “One” who made us.

That is why responsibility and accountability matter. Therefore, you should not think your existence is a coincidence. Whatever exists, it does so because of authority. If you do not believe me, try as hard as you can to imagine a world without it, where there is no right or wrong, good or evil. And you will discover that such a world is impossible to imagine.

A world where there are no rules is unexplainable. The more you try to describe it, the more senseless and unrealistic it becomes. That’s because your existence is one reason envisioning it is not possible. No matter how much you pretend nothing is factual, you are necessary to promote this myth. But even that is not possible unless the truth is eternal. There is no other option.

Just think, for something to be false, you must distort the truth, give an incorrect answer, or deny reality. That is why the origin of things could never derive from a lie or liar. So, if I were you, I wouldn’t rule out the existence of God and underestimate the cost of my soul—thinking choices do not matter.

It would reveal I simply ignored the reason He gave me a brain.

Read I Corinthians 2: 9-16.
